Last updated: September 2026
This policy describes how personal data collected through the website addensi.com is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data is collected and why
Contact form. Name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), service of interest, approximate budget and the message text are collected. The purpose is to respond to your enquiry, prepare a service proposal and, where applicable, manage the subsequent business relationship.
WhatsApp, phone and email. If you contact me through these channels, the data you provide (phone number, profile name, conversation content) is processed for the same purpose. WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.; its use is subject to that company's terms and privacy policy.
Browsing data. The hosting server may automatically log the IP address, date and time of access, browser and pages visited, for technical and security purposes.
3. Legal basis
- Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box on the form or by voluntarily initiating contact.
- Pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), when the enquiry leads to a proposal or engagement.
- Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the security and proper functioning of the website, in the case of browsing data.
4. Retention
Data from enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship is kept for a maximum of twelve months from the last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the periods required by tax, accounting and civil law (generally six years).
5. Recipients
Data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law. The service providers necessary to deliver the service — the web hosting company and the email provider — may access the data as processors. Where any of these providers is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are made with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to hola@addensi.com or by post to the address in section 1, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of an identity document.
If you consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encrypted transmission via HTTPS.
8. Minors
The website is aimed at businesses and professionals. Data of persons under 14 is not knowingly collected.
9. Changes
The controller reserves the right to amend this policy to reflect legislative or service changes. The current version is always the one published on the website.
